#asktheexperts can i introduce little bit solid food to my 3 month old bsby , as she only feeds on breast milk

A. Hello dear parent! Not advisable before 6 months completion. The baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed for the first 6 months. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
