Maam different doctors have different opinion sugar definitely is not advisable till the age of one year so the best replacement is jaggery and dates but salt lot of doctors say you should not but my doctor said that you don’t like tasteless food why do you expect the same so I have given salt and spices from the beginning and never faced the problem so if you want to give it you can and if you don’t want to give it then also it is alright so now I’m giving you a very elaborate understanding you can make your choice easily
