#asktheexperts can i give salt to my one year old baby in his food daily?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. hi yes ,it can be given look..its not a problem to give salt. The thing is , the amount of salt matters so ,you need to use or add salt in food in limited amount , it should not be much , i mean it should not be like we adults take in our food.
