#asktheexperts Can I give my baby cool curd on daily basis after his lunch? I try to give it at normal temperature but he likes when it is cool

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, Ice cold/ serving refrigerated curd immediately is not advisable. You may instead store little curd in earthen pot. It will be naturally cool. Also overall dairy intake has to be moderate
