Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear We recommend using gripe water usage dose guide: Two weeks old to six weeks old: 1 mL up to 15 times a day. Six weeks old to ten weeks old: 2 mL up to 15 times a day. Ten weeks old to six months old: 5mL up to 6 times a day.
