Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. it's better to wait till the neck of the baby is completely stable to feed in the sleeping position. not sure how comfortable the baby will be until then. also it's better for you to feed the baby in sitting position as it will put less stress on your back. sit on a straight back chair keep a pillow on your lap. place the baby on the pillow and hold the baby while feeding.
