#asktheexperts breast milk storage reg. shall I store breastmilk overnight in fridge in a container..and next day keeping container in hot water and then feeding a baby is ok

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes it’s fine but prefer feeding directly from breast to the baby instead of storing it and feeding it second day and prefer giving it on same day if required take care
