ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum , baby ko breastfeed hi best hai lekin for some unavoidable reason if you cannot breastfeed then bottle nahi start karna. give variety of home food 3 times like roti in dal , veg daliya , khichdi ,dal rice , idli , cheela , egg non veg , curd , veg fruit add powdered nuts ghee to food
