A. Hello good evening!! Calcium helps in teething and bones strength. Include calcium rich foods milk, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts,pea nuts, seseme, makhana, fruits and vegetables are rich in calcium. Include them in regular diet for calcium requirement.
