Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give 3 large portions of meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
