give more warm water to drink.
crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter to make tulsi ginger wsater.
(honey can be added to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 year of age)
try to prevent temperature variations around child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment.
keeps the child well covered.
