advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity according to the need of the child thenn the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.

U Just give proper food to the child whatever food you are eating yourself whatever is on your plate should be on your child’s plate as well because that’s the only way to keep your child healthy by giving all kind of healthy nutrients and supplements in the food to the child
