#asktheexperts Baby poops five times in a day , he is 85 days old, sometimes it's yellowish and sometimes it will be greenish poop, is this normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. do not worry about the consistency and frequency of stool if the baby is on mother's milk The colour of stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green no need to worry unless it is smelling very bad

Yes Very much normal there could be one of the possibility that you are also giving formula to the child along with breastfeeding so green colour could be due to because of that and if it is not diarrhoea then 5 to 6 times motion in a day would be considered very much normal and common
