I think your child is suffering with an issue called PICA in which kids actually like to have all the inedible things that come into their axis so that’s the situation check with your doctor for necessary supplements to start with and try to keep things out of the reach of the child and please keep surroundings of the child very clean so that your child doesn’t have a scope of picking up trash from the floor and eat
