Uma RamMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Check the baby is gaining weight according to the age,ideally the baby gains 400-900 gm per month. Have lactating foods - Garlic milk,garlic in curries,papaya,chiku,rusk,bread toast,poppy seeds ,saunf water helps in increasing milk production.
