#asktheexperts baby boy 4 months old has 101 fever. how much paracetamol to be given? I have attached the picture of paracetamol syrup. it is cipla's parafast syrup.

A. Looking at the age of the child it is going to be five top ones and then you can repeat it again after six hours if it is needed because every six hours you can easily repeat paracetamol after measuring the temperature and if you see it is there then continue with the medicine the same way
