#asktheexperts avni is stool is not passing.. she is not seating in proper position for stool.. please advise what to do? is there any medicines for her?

A. hi well, constipation is caused by low intake of fluids and fiber rich diet so you need to offer fiber rich food items in your child diet for examples palak, tomato, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc
