By the age of 2 1/2 years of child should mostly pick up on its speech they can start from 8 to 9 months depending from child to child and slowly the speech increases but the age is 2.5 years till that time the child doesn’t learn to speak anything but responding and understanding everything then in that case you should consult a speech therapist
