#asktheexperts At what age can we start with cerelac or fruit puree or anything soft...my boy is 4 months old..can i start now???or should i wait...he is completely on breast milk only .

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. please do not start semi solids before 6 month of age. breast milk contail all required nutrition for right growthn developmwnt of ur baby till 6 month of age.
