Hello ma’am See after the birth weight if the child gains somewhere on 500 g to minimum one KG every month and that is an ideal weight gain so you can just add this much amount of weight to the birth weight every month and see if your child has gained the ideal weight or not

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum weight of the baby at this age can be around 5 or 6 kgs approximately moreover if your child is active and healthy and playful and having his milk properly on the regular intervals passing urine properly like 8 to 10 times in a day then there is nothing to worry about
