#asktheexperts any recommendations on what solids to give my 18 month old twins I have tried several recipes but they don’t seem to want to eat. Please suggest

A. dear Mum now your children should be given all family foods the way prepared in house having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
