#asktheexperts after my second baby I am of 40 years and my weight is not reducing even after doing exercise and going on diet. How can I reduce my weight?

A. Have you heard of intermittent fasting that really helps a lot I would advise you to completely shut on the artificial sugar that you’re consuming you have fruits and all but for the sugar you should cut down completely and look for doing intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours in between you are willing you can also take a diet plan from a dietician which will help and workout of your choice
