after 1 year of delivery hair loss is not normal. 
Consult skin care specialist.
Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. .
Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth.
Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. 
Have  Biotin rich food on a daily basis it  is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.
