#asktheexperts After delivering baby, i m completely breast feeding and my periods have returned within 4months. Why is it so and whether it will cause hindrance in breast feeding?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well thats normal too.See rest more you can try to give a healthy diet and see a doctor there fir more adviceTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

No Sometimes women can get their period right on time as their period is scheduled and cycle was but that has got nothing to do with your breast feeding it has got no connection with it it is a different thing altogether and breastfeeding is a different thing r don’t get confused please
