#asktheexperts Aanaya is now 1 1/2yrs old ,do i stop breast feeding or continue .

A. After 1 year, you can start weaning off the baby from breastmilk as then their main meal should be solid foods. Milk intake can be twice or thrice a day and you can now start cow milk and foods made from it like curd, paneer, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, buttermilk, etc.
