POOJA KOTHARIExpecting Mom due this month2 months agoA. Disperzyme is an enzyme tablet (containing trypsin, bromelain, and rutoside) often used to reduce swelling, inflammation, or aid digestion. However, during pregnancy—especially the 4th one—any medication should be taken only under the supervision of a doctor.
Some of the ingredients in Disperzyme are not well-studied in pregnancy and may not be considered completely safe. Please consult your gynecologist before taking it to ensure it won’t affect your baby or pregnancy in any way. Avoid self-medication during pregnancy.
