Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel..

As he is facing very gas problem from many days, I have tried a Gastcia, Neopeptine both, but I can’t see any improvement, he always starts crying from morning to evening in a loud voice. Please suggest me some good medicine.

Bonnisan Five drops can be given to the child about 3 to 4 times in a day only when required this is a medicine that you can give on an every day basis also this is going to be helpful in gas issues and stomach pain as well so you can start giving this medicine is absolutely safe to go for
