A. yes can give but after medical consultation worm infections are not very common before one year of age. if you take care of regular hand washing as well as preventing dirty things from going inside the oral cavity of the child then this problem will not occur. it is advisable to take help of a doctor who will tell you whether the child is suffering from worms problem. usually medicines are given as a single dose and very rarely as a multiple dose

A. No you cannot repeat it before six months completing you have to give the dosage after six months only so calculate six months and accordingly then you can repeat if you are facing a problem right now then you should consult your paediatrician
