give 3 meal + 1 snack a day..
in between meal continue breast feeding .

Even if you look at a birth weight of the child should be somewhere around 10 kgs by 12 so currently your child is underweight and you have to work upon a healthy weight gain for the child so if you want you can consult a nutritionist part one is for thisWrite Your Answer Here
