Hi Why to give dinner maximum by 8:30 PM and after 2 to 3 hours you can give milk and then you can put your child to sleep as that way your child’s tummy is going to be full for longer duration and your child will sleep peacefully through the night and try to give proper breakfast and lunch also depending upon the sleeping in the wake up schedule of your child
