#asktheexpertmy daughter 1year old weights only 7.1 kg.. is it normal??. how can I increase her weight

A. dear Mum the child should be triple the birth weight by 1 year give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts
