Firstly thank you for your response.
The photo was posted on the link "baby contest photo" I have no idea how come the photo came on here for questions . The fault is from the site the link was for something and it ended up somewhere.
I have no questions to be asked.
I will remove the photo since it is at the wrong place.

This place is not for your contest pictures the contest pictures are supposed to be posted on the contest Page as this page is specifically for questions are associated with parenting city of any question associated with that then you please feel free to post your questionWrite Your Answer Here
