Dear Mother you must give a good massage on the nipples on regular basis as this normally happens with a new mothers because they are not used to this procedure massaging will help you to get relief from that pain along with that you need to stay hydrated and avoid any kind of heavy fried or acidic dietWrite Your Answer Here
