it is sign of nutritional deficiencies
so please visit your pediatrician for once
give calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
brush your child teeth twice in a day
use soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush.
