#asktheexpert Would it affect my newborn baby if I drink chilled milkshake (without sugar) daily during breastfeeding? I drink milk this way during pregnancy and had someone advice me against this as it can cause fever and chills in my child.

A. First of all during this pandemic times you should avoid drinking chilled drinks and prefer normal temperature and warm liquids and eat a healthy and nutritious diet take care and stay safe

A. yes it is said that whatever the mother consumes directly as an impact on the baby with through the mother's milk should definitely I would not recommend you to have anything which is very cold
