Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. baby will spit out or vomit out milk because of reflux action.. this is common in babies..
always burp after feed
keep baby in upright position and gently rub baby back for some time..
don't immediately put baby on bed
give small feeds..
maintain gap between feeds..
