No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination.
Its common after vaccination
If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then
Give paracetmol drops
Fever, pain will decreases in next 2-3 days
Don't apply anything over vaccination site
It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine
Cont. to give feed as per demand
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.
revisit ur pediatrician once

it could be Colic
so please feed your child on demand
don't forget to burp your baby well after each feeding.
you may try Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child which gives instant relief in Colic.
and if there is pain , give peracetamol drops
