#AsktheExpert why my baby coughs n show congestion in morning only. neither in day time nor at nyt. should i give any medicine?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is seven months after in the early hours of the day particularly morning hours the room temperature will be cool and baby will be having some congestion . .

You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
