Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. hi ji ,if stool consistency is watery or runny ,its normal but if its too watery and child showing symptoms like he feels exhusted , having mucus in stool , low apetite etc then please visit your pediatrician
