Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (bile )zpresent in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give green colour to the stool.
the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistencyz is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.

as it may be beacuse of imbalance of hindmilk or foremilk
if the baby takes mother milk and mother have green as spinach
first sign of teething in teething phase
