many times white spots can occur in children at multiple sites on body but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application (any good brand) or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away.

if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.x
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection, worms infestation also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
give plentdy of water to drink.

Causes of milia
Milia occurs when dead skin cells from the epidermis get trapped within small pockets on the skin's surface rather than falling off. This causes the tiny, white coloured, pearl-like bumps on the skin of the baby. The bumps are often confused with baby acne, but they are not the same condition.
