Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and ydou can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body spondge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immediately

Maybe your child getting exhausted by the end of the day and that is why your child is getting fever that could be one reason but if it is repeating for last two or three days and it is going to be better to have a physical assessment with your doctor ones
