ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. helo it may be due to nasal block and you need to use saline nasal drops 2 drops in the nostrils 2 to 3 times a day and can do steam during day also.

By grunting, your child can raise the pressure in their lungs more than they can from a normal breath thereby getting more air into their lungs. so it ould be better to check with your doctor
