Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Here is the list of 8 month baby foods.
Fruits: Apples, Avacado, muskmelon, banana, pears, plums, prune, chikku, papaya, blueberries, cherries, dates, figs, grapes, kiwi, mangoes. 
Vegetables: Carrot,  pumpkin, sweetpotato, broccoli, beetroot etc
Cereals: Rice, ragi, barley, suji, wheat etc.
Pulses_ Yellow moong dal, masoor dal, chick peas etc.
Vegetables 1/2 cup, fruits 1/2 cup, and cereal 1/2 cup. 
For eight month you can offer, two meals and an optional snack that can be finger food or any light snack for a day. The rest should be breastfeeding or formula feeding.
