#asktheexpert WHO says we should breastfeed for 2years, but I feel the more we feed it becomes difficult for the baby to leave it since they get habitual of that. I want to stop feeding, please suggest me some tips and when will the milk dry on itself.

A. dear Mum till when to breastfeed is a mother's choice as well however when you make an inform choice the chances are to make the right decision it is myth that baby will not leave Breastfeeding if not weaned early it is not an overnight achievement requires patience give filling meals drop one breastfeed every week father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding
