A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond ctwo weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. c some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. Milia are tiny white bumps that appear across a baby's nose, chin or cheeks. Milia are common in newborns but can occur at any age. You can't prevent milia. And no treatment is needed because they usually disappear on their own in a few weeks or months.
