ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. It is always advisable to use a cotton saree to tie your abdomen after delivery which is more comfortable and easy to tie and is more effective
just take care when you are tying , you should be lying down properly and then roll the saree as tightly as possible.
You can start after one week of c section delivery and immediately a fter normal delivery

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. You can try using flamingo but I hope you are very clear about the usage of the belt what it is for and all because a lot of women believe it is going to help you introducing down your tummy after delivery but it is not for that purpose
