A. Fruit such as Custard apples, grapes, mango, banaba, chikoo are hood for weight gaining. Give protien rich diet include dals, eggs, all milk and milk products, tofu, nuts, beans in daily diet.

A. Hi Fruits are good in fibre and they are good for health they are not weight gain in substitute for anything so you can go ahead with giving all kind of fruits that you want to they do not help in gaining weight I just generally good for health
