at least 2 serving of good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, fish ,chicken, meat
variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables, especially vitamin A containing yellow orange green fruits and vegetables
good fats providing Omega 3 for brain : Nuts like walnut, almond ,dry fruits, peanuts, flaxseed, lobia, fish

Maintain hydration
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango watermelon juice etc
