Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the skin of the child is right you have to apply moisturizing cream lotion or coconut oil over the skin of the child but if it is sweating skin then no need to apply moisturizer

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Try applying Babyhug daily moisturising lotion for better skin care. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
